We had an amazing time going out with Tops Charters. We’ve never been scalloping before and Captain Richard made us all feel comfortable going in the water and explaining how to find them. My children loved it and were excited to bring some scallops home. We highly recommend going out with him and we’d definitely do it again.

Had an amazing time with Captain Richard! Super easy going guy. He put my fiancé on her first ever fish! He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of helpful information. Would highly recommend.

Did short half day and Richard delivered. Caught some nice trout and had fun while doing it. Highly recommend this guy as he is very knowledgeable and provides more than what you expect!

There should be 10 stars for this guide. Shared a wealth of information and we caught nice trout which was our main target species. Great attitude and fun to fish with. We will use Richard again and I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed!

Our group had a great time. Capt. Richard was well prepared and very knowledgeable. Weather was tough but Capt kept out it to show us a good time. Communicating was quick and easy. Would do another trip tomorrow.

He was extremely knowledgeable of the water and always ready to step in and help when needed, which made the whole trip smooth and stress free.Captain Richard’s professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out he made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. Richard with Tops Charter was an awesome choice to lead us on a day of fishing. We caught quite a variety of fish within the first hour. He was very attentive and accommodating to what we wanted to catch. He took good care of us on the boat and made sure we had everything we needed. We ended up taking 4 different kinds of fish home. It was a good fun day of fishing.

Captain Richard of TopCharters was an absolute pleasure to spend the morning into the afternoon with. From the moment of first contact, to the end of our trip; he communicated effectively, prepared us for what to expect before and during. His knowledge of fishing, and the waterways are impressive. Thank you Captain Richard! I never been on a boat so clean. We didn't think we would get any biting and he took us to a great spot where they wouldn't stop. Now I understand when I was told to find a knowledgeable Captain. Amazing day all around with my nephew thanks again!!
